In item orders, the seller must provide information to the Item2Pin team within 1 hour. Sellers who provide information within 1 hour have a delivery time of 6 hours. In cases of deliveries exceeding 6 hours, the right to cancel belongs to the buyer. Sales of items by sellers who commit to delivering within 6 hours cannot be canceled.
