1. Parties
This agreement is established electronically between:
Seller: item2pin (Company name, address, tax number to be added)
Buyer: User making purchases through item2pin.com

2. Subject
This agreement regulates the sales and delivery conditions of digital products purchased by the Buyer through item2pin.com.

3. Products
Products sold:
E-pin codes
In-game digital products
Digital balance and top-ups

4. Order and Payment
The order is finalized when payment is completed
Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer/EFT, etc.
Suspicious transactions may be canceled by the Seller

5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly
Delivery is made via user panel or email
The code is considered delivered as soon as it is displayed

6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer acknowledges that they have purchased digital content and that delivery begins immediately. 👉 Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal.

7. Return Policy
No returns on used/viewed codes.
Returns may be processed after review in case of system errors.
Orders may be suspended in case of suspected erroneous transactions.

8. Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for using the product on the correct platform.
The seller is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse.

9. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Boards and Courts have jurisdiction. 

10. Validity
The user placing the order is deemed to have accepted this agreement.
